This website and any mobile application (collectively, this “Site”) is owned by KMK Home Technical Works LLC (“We”, “Us” or “KMK Home Technical Works LLC ”). We are providing you with access to this Site and our online store (together, our “Services”) subject to the following terms and conditions. By browsing, accessing, using, registering for or purchasing merchandise on this Site or otherwise using our Services, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions, including any policies referred to herein (collectively, these “Terms”). We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients. By using our services, you agree to the following terms of service:
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, a $35 returned check fee will be assessed.
- Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
- Scope of work: Our cleaners will perform the tasks included in the services selected by the client. If the client requests additional tasks, additional charges may apply.
- Responsibility for property: Our cleaners will exercise care while performing services, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the client’s property. The client is responsible for moving breakable items and valuables out of the cleaning area or specifically requesting that our cleaners not touch them.
- Health and safety: Our cleaners follow all necessary health and safety guidelines to protect themselves and our clients. We ask that clients inform us of any special health or safety concerns before the start of the cleaning service.
- Liability: In the event that any of our cleaners are injured on the job, the client releases us from any liability.
- Termination of service: We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for any reason. If service is terminated, any prepaid fees will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
By using our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms of service and agree to be bound by them. If you have any questions about these terms, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
